Clean Air Program
The Clean Air Program is a nationwide initiative to improve air quality by reducing harmful emissions from single-family buildings. Owners can obtain financial support for replacing old stoves, installing environmentally friendly heat sources and thermal modernization of buildings. The program offers subsidies depending on income level, and the maximum amount of support is as much as PLN 135,000 for comprehensive investments involving the installation of renewable energy sources.
Who is the Clean Air program for?
The Clean Air Program is aimed at owners and co-owners of single-family homes who want to improve the energy efficiency of their buildings and reduce harmful emissions. It can be used by those planning to replace old coal-burning stoves, modernize heating systems, and install renewable energy sources, such as heat pumps or photovoltaic installations.
The program is divided into three funding thresholds, depending on the income level of the beneficiary:
- Basic level (for those with higher incomes) – funding of up to PLN 66,000.
- Increased level (for people with lower incomes) – funding up to PLN 99,000.
- The highest level of support (for those with the lowest income) – funding of up to PLN 135,000 for comprehensive thermal modernization with renewable energy sources.
In addition, the program also covers owners of single-family buildings with a commercial function, in which no more than 30% of the area is used for business. Thanks to its broad criteria, Clean Air supports many social groups, enabling them to reduce energy costs and improve thermal comfort in their homes.
Funding amount
The Clean Air Program offers three levels of support, depending on the beneficiary’s income:
- Basic level of support – The subsidy is up to PLN 66,000 and is available to people with an annual income of up to PLN 135,000.
- Increased level of support – The maximum amount of support is up to PLN 99,000 and is available to people with a monthly income not exceeding PLN 1,894 (for single-person households) or PLN 2,651 (for multi-person households).
- Highest level of support – The amount of support is up to PLN 135,000 and is intended for people with the lowest income (monthly income up to PLN 1,090 or PLN 1,526 for multi-person households).

Comprehensive support from Rentara Energy under the Clean Air Program
Rentara Energy offers full service under the Clean Air Program, from the first step to the finalization of the investment. Our team will provide:
Energy audits
As part of the Clean Air Program, Rentara Energy offers a comprehensive energy audit, which is the first and key step in the entire building energy retrofit process. Our audit is designed to assess a building’s current energy consumption and identify areas where energy savings can be made. A detailed audit includes:
- Energy consumption analysis: We carefully analyze how a building uses energy, including heat and electricity, to identify the most costly areas.
- Thermal insulation assessment: We check the condition of the insulation of walls, roofs, windows and doors to determine whether the building is losing heat and to what extent this can be improved.
- Heat source evaluation: We examine current heating systems, such as furnaces, boilers or old heating systems, for their efficiency and possible replacement with modern, environmentally friendly solutions such as heat pumps.
- Assessment of potential for RES: Based on energy consumption data and the building’s location, we look at the potential for installing renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaics and solar power systems.
- Modernization proposals: Based on the results of the audit, we prepare a report with recommendations that include the most cost-effective investments in building modernization. We also indicate which technologies and solutions will achieve the greatest savings and maximize the program’s funding.
- Cost estimate and schedule: Our audit also includes a detailed cost estimate and timeline for all modernization work, allowing the beneficiary to accurately plan the entire investment and grant application process.
Energy consulting
After the energy audit, Rentara Energy offers comprehensive consulting, which includes a full analysis of your needs and selection of the best technological solutions, tailored to the specifics of the building. Our team of specialists deals with:
- Individualized approach: Based on the audit results and your expectations, we develop a personalized energy retrofit strategy.
- Choosing the best solutions: We advise on the most efficient heating systems, such as heat pumps, and renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaic installations, taking into account both savings and maximum possible subsidies.
- Cost optimization: We help you find the most cost-effective technologies that will save you money on your energy bills while maximizing your Clean Air Program funding.
- Technical support: We offer full technical support in the selection of materials and technological solutions, ensuring the highest quality workmanship.
- Assistance with formalities: We advise on the paperwork and procedures necessary to obtain a grant, eliminating the risk of errors in submitting applications.
Performance of services
Rentara Energy provides full implementation of investments related to the Clean Air Program. Our services include:
- Building Insulation: We provide insulation for walls, roofs, foundations and floors to maximize the energy efficiency of the building and reduce heating costs. We use the most insulating materials to minimize heat loss.
- Window and door replacement: we install energy-efficient windows and exterior doors that further improve thermal comfort and reduce energy loss.
- Installation of renewable energy sources (RES): We specialize in the installation of photovoltaics, which allow you to produce your own electricity from solar radiation, and the installation of heat pumps, which efficiently heat and cool buildings using energy from the environment. This allows a household to become energy independent and benefit from green solutions.
- Modern heating systems: We replace outdated furnaces with modern biomass boilers, high-efficiency gas boilers or heat pump-based systems that significantly reduce emissions and operating costs.
- Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (recuperation): We install recuperation systems that improve the quality of air in buildings while recovering heat from ventilation, reducing the need for heating energy.
The entire process is carried out in accordance with the highest standards, ensuring full compliance with the requirements of the Clean Air Program. All installations are carried out by certified installation teams, which guarantees the highest quality of services.
